Official Rules

These are the Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”) of Avery Dennison Corporation and its affiliated companies (hereinafter “Sponsor”) applicable to all Entrants (described below) of the “Wrap Like Royalty” (“Challenge”) competition. Please read these Official Rules of the Challenge. You must agree to accept and comply with the Official Rules to participate in the Challenge and be eligible to win the Prizes (described below).

CHALLENGE TIMING:

The Challenge begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PDT”) / 09:00 AM Central European Summer Time (“CEST”)/17:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) / 15:00 PM China Standard Time (“CST”) / 16:00 PM Korea and Japan standard time (“KST and JST”) on Monday, April 1st, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on Friday, June 28, 2024/ 08:59 AM CEST/16:59 AEST / 14:59 PM CST / 15:59 PM KST & JST on Saturday, June 29, 2024 (“Challenge Period”). Sponsor’s computer time clock is the official timekeeper for the Challenge.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia (“U.S.”), Canada (excluding Quebec), residents of Australia and New Zealand, Japan and South Korea, China, South Africa, to residents of EMENA countries (Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania,  Lebanon, Malta, Morocco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Iceland (hereinafter defined to as “Europe”)), who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence or the age of capacity to contract in their country of residence on the date of the Challenge entry submission (“Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of the Sponsors, Support Sponsors, and/or the Administrator (as each is defined below), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Challenge (collectively the “Challenge Entities”) and Judges may not enter and are not eligible to win Prizes.  The Challenge is void outside the U.S, Canada, Europe, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia and New Zealand (as defined above) and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Challenge, visit www.wraplikeroyalty.com (the “Website”) between 12:00 AM PST / 09:00 AM CEST/ 17:00 PM EST/ 15:00 PM CST / 16:00 PM KST and JST on April 1st, 2024 and 11:59 PM PST on June 28, 2024 / 08:59 AM CEST / 16:59 AEST / 14:59 PM CST / 15:59 PM KST & JST on Saturday, June 29, 2024 (“Entry Period”), complete the online entry form with the required contact information, including a valid email address, and provide the materials as outlined below.

Complete the online entry form for your Region with the required contact information (“Entry”), select the valid Application Class (see section “APPLICATION CLASS DEFINITION”) and submit the completed Entry five (5) photos– one (1) pre wrap, two (2) detailed close-ups, door handle, mirrors, inside door jam, and/or bumper, plus two (2) glamor shots depicting your vehicle’s full body wrap using Avery Dennison vehicle wrap products (such as Supreme Wrapping Film or MPI 1105), list the Avery Dennison vehicle wrap products used, provide the make, model and year of the vehicle, and provide the name and website URL of the business/shop owner and installer. Entrants may also provide a link to a YouTube video of their project, which may be placed on Avery Dennison’s YouTube channel, but a video is not mandatory and will not be considered in the Judges’ voting process. Regional winners are permitted to submit additional photos for judges’ review after they have been selected as a regional winner. Digital designs can not be accepted as one (1) of the five (5) photos.

There will be a total of 36 regional winners. There will be only one (1) winner per Application Class from each of the regions set forth below (“Regions”): 

  1. North America West, which is defined as Washington, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, California, Hawaii, Arizona, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, and Alaska;
  2. North America Midwest/Central, which is defined as North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan;
  3. North America East, which is defined as District of Columbia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, West Virginia, and Maine;  
  4. Canada which is defined as all Canadian provinces, except Quebec;  
  5. North America South, which is defined as Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Louisiana, Puerto Rico and Arkansas;
  6. Europe Central, which is defined as Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands;
  7. Europe North, which is defined as Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, Iceland;
  8. Europe South, which is defined as France, Italy, Portugal, Spain;
  9. Eastern Europe & Mena, which is defined as Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, FMR Yugoslav Rep Macedonia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Mauritius, Morocco, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates;
  10. APAC North Asia, which is defined as China, Japan and South Korea;
  11. APAC Australia and New Zealand, which is defined as Australia and New Zealand.
  12. APAC: South Africa, which includes South Africa only. 

Nine (9) continental winners (one per Application Class from each Continent) will then be selected from among the regional winners per Application Class. The continents for the purposes of the Challenge are (1) North America, (2) Europe, (3) APAC (“Continent”). One (1) winner per Application Class will then be chosen from the nine (9) continental winners per Application Class to be named the global winner of the Wrap Like Royalty competition in their class.

The Global Winners of the Wrap Like Royalty Awards: The three (3) global winners of the Wrap like Royalty awards will be announced during a live stream event approximately four (4) weeks after the end of submission phase. The date and time will be announced on the official Avery Dennison websites and social media accounts (specified below).

Winner Of The Wrap Like Royalty Award:

Global winners of the Wrap Like Royalty Awards: The Winners of the Wrap like Royalty awards will be announced during a live event approximately four (4) weeks after the end of submission phase. The date and time will be announced on the official Avery Dennison websites and social media accounts.

Limitations:

Limitations: One (1) Entry per person (applicator) and maximum of four (4) entries per company if the company employs more then one (1) applicator. Entries can be either full body or partial vehicle wrap projects applied to a four-wheel passenger vehicle (i.e., car, minivan, SUV, pick-up truck, or non-commercial vehicles), boat, trailer truck or commercial vehicle (definitions below). Submissions used in the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 Wrap like a King Contest are ineligible. Proof of submission of an Entry is not proof that the Entry was actually received by the Sponsor. The sponsor’s computer records control any such dispute. Vehicle owners are not eligible to enter their vehicles. 

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating in the Challenge, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and the Judges, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Challenge. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Challenge prohibits Entrants from using any photos, images, and videos which constitutes or includes the proprietary works of others or the image of any individuals, without obtaining the proper rights to use such materials. Entries containing materials that are deemed inappropriate or offensive in Sponsor’s sole discretion may be disqualified. Additionally, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree that the Sponsor can use all Entry materials submitted, including without limitation all photos, images, texts and videos for any business purposes in perpetuity without any compensation to, or further approval from Entrant. However, Sponsor has no obligation to use such materials.

Entries will be considered made by the authorized account holder of the email address or Instagram account submitted at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address or social media account by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such addresses or accounts. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted Entries whether due to a technical error or otherwise. Entries- including photographs, images and videos- become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. If your Entry does not meet the criteria herein, your Entry may be ineligible at Sponsor’s discretion. You will not be alerted if your Entry is ineligible.

APPLICATION CLASS DEFINITION:

The Wrap Like Royalty contest will see three specific classes, each class is completely independent of each other. During the submission of the project, the applicator will have to make a selection for what class the project will be eligible for.

The Application Classes are defined as follows:

  • Colour Change Class: 

SWF colour change applications or designs are purely created by using Avery Dennison coloured films like Supreme Wrapping Film™, Avery Dennison Signage products, etc.

  • Print Design Class:

Applications are created using Avery Dennison’s digital printing products like MPI™ and DOL. Minor accents using Avery Dennison coloured films like Supreme Wrapping Film™, Avery Dennison Signage products etc. are allowed.

  • Fantasy Class: 

All applications that do not fit the colour change or print design class. Wraps that mix different Avery Dennison products (SWF, MPI, Conform Chrome, Reflective), application techniques or create new ways of designing wraps.

WRAP LIKE ROYALTY VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY

The following vehicles are eligible to enter Wrap Like Royalty 2024:

  • Cars & Caravans: Four-wheel passenger vehicle (i.e., car, minivan, SUV, pick-up truck etc.); Caravans and Camper Vans (RV), Quads/ATV
  • Boats & Jetski:  Vessels intended for navigation of coastal and inland waters propelled by oars, sails, or an engine that are smaller than 50 feet/15.24 m & Jetski
  • Trucks (including solid trailers): Large, heavy road vehicles used for carrying goods and materials. Wrapped trailers need to be made of solid surfaces.
  • Commercial Vehicles: Workzone or otherwise commercially used road vehicles like sprinter vans, busses, cabs etc.

 

WINNER SELECTION:

There will be thirty six (36) regional winners, nine (9)  continental and three (3) global winners. Winners will be selected by a panel of qualified predefined Judges. The Judges include Molly Waters, Justin Pate,Tiago Teixeira,Peter Wright, Sarel Kruger, Martina Rossi, Ash Ellison, Leon Watson and David Ye. Each class follows the same winner selection criteria.

The Judges will determine all winners using the following criteria:

  • Visual Transformation (difference between the before and after pictures submitted) (35%)
  • Quality and skill level of installation (30%)
  • Overall public look and appeal (25%)
  • Uniqueness of the design (10%)

In the event of a tie, the tied Entry with the highest overall score in the Visual Transformation criteria will be deemed the winner.  If there is still a tie after the first tie-breaker, the tied Entry with the highest overall score in the Quality and skill level of installation criteria will be deemed the winner.  If there is still a tie after both tie-breakers, Sponsor will select new judges to judge the tied Entries in the above criteria, as needed until the tie is broken.

Regional Wrap Like Royalty Award:

The thirty six (36) Regional Wrap Like Royalty Award winners will be announced via social media, www.wraplikeroyalty.com on or about Friday, July 12th, 2024.  Social Media announcements will be made on the following social media platforms:

 

Continental Wrap Like Royalty Award:

The nine (9) Continental Wrap Like Royalty Award winners will be selected from the thirty six (36) regional winners. Only one (1) winner will be selected from each Continent and application class. The winners will be announced via social media,  www.wraplikeroyalty.com on or about July 19, 2024. Social media announcements will be made on the following social media platforms:

 

Global Wrap Like Royalty Award:

The three (3) Winners of the Wrap Like Royalty Global Award will be chosen from the nine (9) Continental Wrap Like Royalty winners as the overall winner of the Challenge, based on the Continental Wrap Like Royalty winner that received the highest score in the above criteria from the Judges in their application class. No further submissions or requirements necessary. The Global Winners of the Wrap like Royalty awards will be announced during a live stream event approximately 4 weeks after the end of submission phase. The date and time will be announced on the official Avery Dennison websites and social media accounts. with the day and time at the discretion of the Sponsor. Social media announcements after the live stream will be made on the following social media platforms:

In either case, the judges have the right to release or reserve their final scores, but under all circumstances, the judges’ initial voting totals are final.

Summary of winner selection timeline:

  • North America: The Regional winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 12th, 2024 the Continental winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 19th, 2024 and the Winners of the Global Wrap Like Royalty Award will be notified in writing (by email) after a live stream event approximately 4 weeks after the end of submission phase. All winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Release and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release Form (“Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure of the potential winner to timely return the required executed documents within the specified time period may cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate as solely determined by Sponsor. If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, the Affidavit/Release is not executed and returned by the stated deadline or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the alternate winner will be the Entry with the next highest Judges’ score (Regional Wrap Like Royalty) as applicable. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements, and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, the winner will provide written consent to such use.
  • Europe: The Regional winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 12th, 2024 the Continental winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 19 th, 2024 and the Winners of the Global Wrap Like Royalty Award will be notified in writing (by email) after a live stream event approximately 4 weeks after the end of submission phase. If the Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner at the provided email address within three (3) days, prizes are returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner does not take delivery of the prize within thirty (30) days from the attempted delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
  • Australia and New Zealand: The Regional winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 12th, 2024 the Continental winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 19th, 2024 and the Winners of the Global Wrap Like Royalty Award will be notified in writing (by email) after a live stream event approximately 4 weeks after the end of submission phase. If the Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner at the provided email address within three (3) days, prizes are returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner does not take delivery of the prize within thirty (30) days from the attempted delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All winners will be required to sign and return a Liability Release Form within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure of the potential winner to timely return the required executed documents within the specified time period may cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate as solely determined by Sponsor.
  • North Asia: The Regional winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 12th, 2024 the Continental winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 19 th, 2024 and the Winners of the Global Wrap Like Royalty Award will be notified in writing (by email) after a live stream event approximately 4 weeks after the end of submission phase. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner at the provided email address within three (3) days, prizes are returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner does not take delivery of the prize within thirty (30) days from the attempted delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All winners will be required to sign and return a Liability Release Form within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure of the potential winner to timely return the required executed documents within the specified time period may cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate as solely determined by Sponsor
  • South Africa: The Regional winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 12th, 2024 the Continental winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email on or before July 19th, 2024 and the Winners of the Global Wrap Like Royalty Award will be notified in writing (by email) after a live stream event approximately 4 weeks after the end of submission phase. If the Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner at the provided email address within three (3) days, prizes are returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner does not take delivery of the prize within thirty (30) days from the attempted delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All winners will be required to sign and return a Liability Release Form within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure of the potential winner to timely return the required executed documents within the specified time period may cause the prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate as solely determined by Sponsor.

REGIONAL WRAP LIKE ROYALTY PRIZES:

The 36 regional winners will each receive a prize pack including the following:

  • One (1) custom Wrap like Royalty tee shirt
  • One (1) regional trophy
  • Large banner stand display 
  • Two (2) twenty-five (25) yard SWF/MPI rolls (25 meter – EU) of the winner’s choice (Conform Chrome Series excluded)
  • Avery Dennison’s Social Media Exposure 
  • Access to the Avery Dennison SEMA Event if attending SEMA (flights and logging not included)

Winning prize approximate retail values (ARV) of each Regional prize is valued at approximately $2,000.

 

CONTINENT WRAP LIKE ROYALTY PRIZES:

In addition to the Regional prizes the Nine (9) Continental winners will receive a prize pack including the following:

  • One (1) Custom Wrap like Royalty tee shirt (replaces regional shirt) 
  • $500 ($350 for North Asia) gift vouchers
  • Vlogging Kit – Camera & tripod Stand
  • Large banner stand display (replaces regional banner) 
  • Continent Winner Trophy (replaces regional trophy) 
  • Avery Dennison social media exposure
  • Access to the Avery Dennison SEMA Event if attending SEMA (flights and logging not included)

Winning prizes approximate retail values (AVR) for each Continental Wrap Winner prize is valued at approximately $3200.

 

GLOBAL WRAP LIKE ROYALTY PRIZE:

Out of the nine (9) Continental Wrap like Royalty Award winners, three (3) will be announced as Global Wrap Like Royalty Award winners (one for each Application Class) and will receive the prize pack consisting of the below.  

One (1) standard, double-occupancy hotel room in Las Vegas, Nevada between November 5, 2024 and November 8, 2024 (hotel selected at the discretion of the Sponsor) for up to a four-night stay, excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals; roundtrip ground transportation, chosen at Sponsor’s discretion, from the destination airport to the hotel and back;

  • $500 ($350 for North Asia) in gift vouchers total for the global winner.
  • Five (5) Instagram® and Facebook® posts promoting the winner and its business;
  • Avery Dennison graphics website exposure
  • Feature in Avery Dennison press release 
  • Personalized large banner stand display (replaces continental banner) 
  • Global winner trophy (replaces continental trophy) 
  • One (1) personalized Wrap like Royalty T-Shirt (with the winner’s company name) (replaces continental shirt) 

 

The winner of the Wrap Like Royalty prize approximate retail value (ARV) is valued at approximately $5,000.

For Europe, Australia and New Zealand, North Asia and South Africa, Wraplike royalty winners only: One (1) return airplane ticket (economy class) from country of residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.  One (1) standard, double-occupancy hotel room in Las Vegas, Nevada between November 5, 2024 and November 8, 2024 (hotel selected at the discretion of the Sponsor) for up to a four-night stay. The dates and times of travel are to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor. All extra costs, including but not limited to, transportation to the airport of the country of residence, parking costs, special seating, entertainment etc. are on the winner’s sole expense.  All Visa and travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the winners. Avery Dennison shall not be held liable and shall not pay any compensation in the event a winner is not able to obtain a valid Visa and/or make all necessary travel arrangements connected to the winning prize.

 

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

Under no circumstances is Sponsor responsible for any payment, prize elements or number of prizes beyond the stated prizes and prize amounts listed above. Certain conditions and restrictions for all prize elements listed above may apply. See gift card specifics for potential additional limitations.  Any additional expenses or items that are not specifically listed in the prize descriptions above and any costs incurred in accepting or using a prize are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.  All prizes of cash and gift cards will be mailed to the winners at the address provided in the Entry.  If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner at the provided email address within three (3) days, prizes are returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner does not take delivery of the prize within thirty (30) days from the attempted delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  Prize may not be transferred or assigned until after the actual winner has complied with all his or her obligations under these Official Rules. No cash or other substitution may be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, which reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value.

In the U.S. and Canada, the Prize winner will be responsible for all taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on the prize and may be required to provide his/her Social Security number for tax reporting purposes if the retail value of the prize being awarded is $600 or greater (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the prize if the retail value of such prize is $600 or greater. If a prize winner refuses to provide his/her Social Security number for a prize worth $600 or greater, the prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. A prize winner who refuses to provide a Social Security number for a prize worth $600 or more will have no right to an alternate prize worth less than $600 in lieu of providing his/her Social Security number for the original prize. A prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit and Release form prior to the prize being released to such winner. The execution of the Affidavit and Release by a prize winner is an explicit condition to releasing said prize; refusal by a prize winner to execute the Affidavit and Release will result in disqualification, and a new winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. All dollar amounts reflect United States currency.

For all other regions the winner is responsible for all taxes on prizes, if any.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE:

In consideration of the ability to participate in the Challenge, Entrant agrees to (a) release Challenge Entities, Instagram® and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by (i) Entrant’s participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (ii) any Challenge Entities sponsorship or administration of the Challenge; and (iii) Entrant’s and/or any third party’s use, sale or disposal of the prize; (b) acknowledge that Challenge Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize (any written warranty by the manufacturer concerning the prize will be provided along with the prize). Neither Challenge Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Challenge. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Challenge is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, harassment, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Challenge, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Challenge. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at www.wraplikeroyalty.com. If the Sponsor decides to reconvene the Challenge after a suspension, the determination of the prize winner will be made, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the suspension, as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Normal Internet access and/or mobile device usage charges imposed by your internet or mobile service provider will apply.

PRIVACY:

Sponsor respects Entrants privacy rights, adhering to applicable data protection laws where required. Sponsor and its agents process the personal data provided by the Entrant for the purpose of managing the Challenge and, where applicable, to be able to deliver the prize and comply with any fiscal obligations. The legal basis for these processing activities is the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party (subscription to the contest), as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations. The Entrant’s data may also be used to communicate the winner’s status. The data will be kept as long as they are compatible with the purpose for which they were collected, in compliance with legal obligations, or while responsibilities related to the processing may arise, and will be deleted thereafter. Entrants guarantee that the personal data provided are truthful. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude from this Challenge any Entrant who has provided false or incorrect information. Entrants can exercise their data protection rights and obtain additional information on the processing of other personal data by visiting our Privacy Notice. To the extent there is any conflict between these Rules and the online privacy policy, the terms of these Rules shall prevail.

DISPUTES:

Entrants (and, if an eligible minor, their parents and legal guardians), agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Challenge or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Lake County, OH; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Challenge but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out of pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Challenge, and all disputes arising out of or related to the Challenge, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Ohio without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ohio or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ohio.

In the event of inconsistency between any terms of these Official Rules and any translation into another language, the English language meaning shall control.
